Unlike the Finnish sauna, which has high temperatures with relatively low humidity, the steam bath offers 100% humidity and a pleasant, warm and humid climate, which is less stressful for the heart and cardiovascular system.

For a good start to the day, we spoil our guests with a rich South Tyrolean mountain breakfast, which can be enjoyed in our large breakfast room with bar, outdoors on the sun terrace or, on request, privately in your own lodge.
