Experience the Alpine region of South Tyrol in summer!

Discover the mountains: Hiking

FEEL THE FREEDOM. EXPERIENCE NATURE.

Starting from the Aurina, there are some popular hikes right on the doorstep: a two-hour hike to the local mountain Wolfskofel or a somewhat easier hike to the Fadn Stöckl.

If you are looking for refreshment stops, you can take a leisurely hike from the Aurina to the Ederhof, which you can already spot from our roof terrace. It scores with delicious, home-made farmhouse dishes and, above all, excellent cakes and sweet treats!

There are numerous alpine huts and mountain peaks in the surrounding area just waiting to be climbed. We are happy to share our absolute hiking highlights with you!

There is a suitable via ferrata for every level of difficulty in Ahrntal Valley.

For experienced climbers, the sport climbing walls in Sand in Taufers and Ahornach offer countless routes to refine your technique and train your stamina.

Splish Splash: Swimming

FANTASTIC! A DIP IN THE COOL WATER!

While you can cool off in Aurina’s natural pond from May to October or cool your feet in the pond on our roof terrace, natural bathing ponds and swimming pools in the surrounding area also offer plenty of water fun!
The Cron-4 swimming pool in Reischach is a great place for the little ones to put their swimming skills to the test.

The bravest can also take a dip in crystal-clear mountain lakes, such as the Klaussee, during beautiful hikes and combine the splashing fun with a trip to the Rauchkofel mountain peak.
